 Re: Opinions?
id go with a 23 gator tail or MB or a 27 PD but a 35 seems like it would be to gard to handle on a narrow hull like a 34. Id look for at least a 42 in width at the very least for a 35. IMO

I run a lot of ditch where I hunt at and would like a skinnier boat. Just trying to put something together. What you think?

 Re: Opinions?
i've seen a 35 mb on the back of a 17*38. No way in hell I'd put a 35 any brand on a 17*34

 Re: Opinions?
34" bottom is crazy narrow. It might be good for getting in ditches, but that's all it will be good for.

 Re: Opinions?
I would never feel safe in a 34" boat.
Ever.

 Re: Opinions?
You need a piroque......or a canoe w/ a feather head-dress. All BS aside, look at Gator Trax rouge w/ huntdeck. I think there are several guys running them w/ 35's. A custom builder may hook you up w/ something similar if you aren't into the G-Trax.

 Re: Opinions?
It will run like a scared deer for sure... but will be very tipsy... I would try it just because I like doing stuff like that... I had a 30hp outboard on a 11' by 34" flat before... had it for years... don't think you can't do it... you may have to add trim tabs though or flotation pods.. but it can work and will be extremely fast.
