i am new to mud motors and am trying to get one for my 1548 grizzly tracker. money is in short supply so i am trying to think of the best option. my father has a 18 or 20 vanguard that is setup for natural gas and has a tapered shaft. i was wondering how difficult it would be to convert this to gasoline and how to deal with a tapered shaft. keep in mind this motor would be free and i would just have to pay for the conversion and frame to put it on.
