bf, from lookin at those shitty pics, it seems as those plugs have been running at the correct tempature, in a healthy engine as well. as for as the carbon deposits it could be something as simple as an over rich air/fuel mixture- which could be caused by a clogged air filter or dirty fuel injectors...prob just time to change em
