Exhaust bolts........need some advice
I'm trying to change my exhaust gasket on a 31 briggs and of coarse the bolts are not coming out. I just about stripped one and there is another that can barely be reach with just an Allen wrench. So my question is would it be bad to cut the exhaust at the flange so I can work on the bolts and weld it back when I am done, since I have easy acess to welding machines, or try to cut the heads of the bolts and go buy an easy out or something of that nature? It is a bps exhaust and one of the bolts is very hard to reach that's why I was thinking about cutting it at the flange. Any helpfull advice would be appreciated, thanks, oh and I tried searching but couldn't find anything pertaining to this exactly
