Does anyone know for certain if the 36hp Prodrive is 90 pounds heavier than the 35hp Gatortail?

The websites give "approximates", with the Prodrive showing 335 pounds and the Gatortail showing 245 pounds. I'm not interested in the auto reverse feature for Prodrive, just the manual reverse (not sure if that would save any weight or not).

My boat is rated for a 40 horse motor, but I would feel more comfortable with a motor that weighs as little as possible.
