Belt tension check hole on Mudbuddy
I thought I was gonna have to ajust my belt on my Mudbuddy 35. I put the tension gauge inthe hole on the side belt housing and pressed in 1/4". Gauge read 12 pounds. I remove the clutch clover and checked it again looking inside and i realized that if I put the gauge straight in the hole it catches the belt a little to the left of center. I put the gauge in the hole at an angle dead center on the belt and got 15 pounds. No need to tighten since used belts need to be 12 to 16 pounds of tension. Does anybody else have an off center hole.

Your belt is off center, some of them ride differently.
