 oil filter leak
cant stop my oil filter from leaking. any of yall had the same problem? its not much but just trying to prvent it. thanks

Change it.
The gasket on the filter may be bad.

Before you install the filter rub a small amount of oil on both sides of the gasket then stick it on hand tight...It should not leak after that...

make sure the sealing surface of the filter head is smooth and true. If its machined wrong it may not seal. Thats the only thing Ive seen that would make it leak besides a bed filter seal.

Make sure it's clean and machined properly like big said. Also make sure your leak is not coming from loose oil cooler lines. One more thing could be the old filter gasket is stuck on there but I don't think anyone is dumb enough to miss that on a mudmotor.
