I've been watching the forums for quite some time and have seen where these mod guys were giving warranty with their engines. Before I spend money on mods, I was wondering if they are standing behind their products? Who is the best mod guy to go with EVT?

There's BPS- My buddy has a 2005 45hp MB that have over 160hrs on it. Not as agressive as some shops but a ton of torque. I think they warranty the new engine for a year. Not sure about rebuilds

I have 205hrs on a BPS hd 7000, Crankcase cover cracked @ 202hrs. They sent me one free of charge. Engine is 4yrs old

And just to let you know, Terry's motor didn't come apart due to "INTERNAL MODS".

Now how do I get a stage 3 motor with stock components? Wouldnt you just call that a stage 1 upgrade? When i say stage 3 im talkn heads cams pistons rods big titty girls and lots a beer....etc.

How much overbore are we talking here, .020, .030, etc? Or are you jumping the bore up from 85.5mm to lets say 91mm ?

Everyone builds there engines different. Some go .040 and some go .120.

Hoyt did my mods and when an issue arose he took care of it .This guy stands behind his work.I was impressed to say the least with the service I've recieved.I cannot speak for any other shops because I've had no dealings with them.If you have questions on warranty issues after you mod a motor you need to talk to the shop before you dive into it.If money is a factor keep it stock.

If it's got tits or mods, there both fun to run But you WILL have problems
