 Fuel pump time I gues??
My motor wants to sputter when i first take off from idling. If I ease into the gas it will run good.My fuel filter does not have much gas in it when im running. If I slow down and idle and then try to get back on it, it will sputter then almost die before it comes back to life. Not sure if its a carb issue or just fuel pump time.I have no problems running wide open.Just looking for you guys thoughts.

Re: Fuel pump time I gues??
It could be that the diaphram is busted in the pump, mine did the same thing when i first got it. changed the pump. no more trouble. when i took off the old one and would push on the plunger you could hear it leaking.
