 replacement K&N air filter

Post replacement K&N air filter
I bought an air filter and adapter from gecker a while back. Today I lost the air filter while going through some buckbrush. I need a replacement number for it. Do any of yall know it? I tried to call gecker to get a new one today and number kept saying that this is not a working number and has been disconnected...

They are closed for the Holidays. The line disconnect is another issue.
