Isn't there a way to put the air filter assy from a 36 on it? I thought somebody rigged that up somehow. If it works out that you can, let me know and you can have my old one.

just take it off and slap ya a K&N round or cone filter on it.

once u get tha fugly old filter off just measure ur diameter on the air intake inlet and go to ur auto parts store and order a filter with that same inside diameter. they have diferent lengths of filters but i went with one that was 3 or 4 inches in length.
sorry i dont have any part numbers for a filter. but it aint hard to do. maybe someone will chime in with a part# for the right filter.

Get with someone that does carb kits and get the parts to convert it from the donaldson to the 'BBQ hood'. Will make your motor much more low profile.

You don't need any parts but a K&n filter, you already have the piece on the carb for it, the BBQ would be expensive and not flow as good

Gecker has a good adapter & filter element that will bolt right on to the carb.
