 ? on new fuel pump for pd

Post ? on new fuel pump for pd
Went scouting this weekend and hung my motor on some brush. Broke the nipple off the inlet side of my fuel pump and was wondering do I need to go back with a stock pump or get a electric pump. I don't have any mods but may one day. Any advice would be appreciated thanks guys

Pretty sure you can make something work with an electric fuel pump.
But the stock pump would be just as good.
Id go back with stock pump IMO
