 Delta GTR Damn my GTR with Delta parts and Precision Propeller is a BAMF. Impressed more and more everytime I take it out.

Re: Delta GTR A heavy as hell Alumitech hull 18x60 (actually 48 but flares out to 60 about 2 inches from the bottom)
34 mph at 4600 rpm with 2 adults and a cooler in deep water. Delta heads, Delta cam, high rev coils, MM exhaust, Mikuni, Gatortail 3 blade prop (reworked by Precision Propeller in Lake Charles). I ordered everything from Delta and did the rebuild myself. Zero Tiller torque and major improvement in performance after the prop was reworked. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk |

Re: Delta GTR No... that is how they manufacture it. The color is different because they painted it a gloss and I scuffed and repainted flat. I left the bottom gloss figuring the slickness might help with performance.

Re: Delta GTR I believe they make the hull for him and he finishes it up like he wants. There's a few boat companies that have other builders make the bare hull and then they customize it from there.

Re: Delta GTR I took this photo while mr Dixon was telling me my godevil hull and every other mud hull design was trash and showing me the stringers he uses in his boats and how he uses aircraft grade aluminum in his and so on and so forth. I thought he was gona kick my ass for showing up at his shop to buy a godevil prop at first but wound up staying there talking to him for quite a while. He's a pretty cool old guy.
