Delta performance packages milder than level 3?
Just curious as to whether Delta offers a performance package that is more mild than the level 3? 3k is a lot for a motor upgrade no matter which way you swing it. Maybe just heads, valves, rods, rockers, exhaust, and tuner? That would be a nice little package an give some nice performance, could go in an add cam later if you wanted more. Would be nice to have something around a grand if you already had a decent exhaust.

Well heads and exhaust alone would put you well over a grand.
Not sure if the offer it but you can buy everything separate.

I have an exhaust, should have mentioned that. Heads, rockers, rods, and tuner then?

Re: Delta performance packages milder than level 3?
Why go rods? Why not heads and efi tune, and cam? That'll be far more useful as a complete recipe than not having a cam to improve fuel/air characteristics with the valve timing. The flow improvement from the headwork will be better realized by getting the cam. Going with rods increases compression, which can be done with headwork. Doing both adds cost, but doesn't gain anything that can't be done with only headwork. Since you need the port work and should do the heads anyway, skip the rods.

Not connector rods, just pushrods I meant.

I guess level 1 is just an O2 sensor. Hehehe
