Post Pulling a sunken boat in reverse.....
This boat was sitting in 10' of water. We used a grappling hook to catch it and a come along to get it close enough to the bank to tie off to the bow and then used the PD to pull it into the shallows.

The guy was hauling stuff from or to his camp. He had 16 packs of roofing shingles, 8 full sheets of 1/2" plywood, and various other stuff in the boat. He was actually being considerate and slowed down as he passed the camp....the other guy wasn't so polite and never slowed down. Because the boat was loaded heavy and from him slowing down the wake of the other boat came over the bow. It went down instantly.
