Im having a boat built and plan on getting a new prodrive to run on it. Im around East Tx. area so where is a good dealer that will stand behind there warranty work if needed and has good customer service?

Northeast Texas? H & W in Marshall, at least they do good with Mercs. Briggs and Stratton dealer between Hallsville and Marshall, for engine(has a lot of parts in stock and good with repair)

H&W sucks.

Not really anyone else in that area though. Will C can do work and is very good. He's in that area. I think he is an authorized briggs dealer, but don't think he's setup as a service center for PD. Basically he can do any work you would ever need done, but would only be able to do warranty work on the powerhead, not the outdrive.

Not sure where exactly you are, but OwenDickeson is in Texarkana and is an authorized service center for PD. Can do motor or outdrive warranty work.
