I searched and not much came up, has everybody had good dealings with this company, I'm looking for a crankcase cover, gasket and seal for a 32hp pro drive and they seem to have pretty good prices. Wanting to know a little about them before giving them my money.

I've ordered from them before. No issues.

I ordered a carb from them for a longtail, 3 weeks later I was still waiting, called, they had it shipped to them from the manufacturer and it hadn't arrived. I canceled and ordered from some outfit in Montana, had it in my hand 3 days later. They drop shipped it directly to me. (I will see if I can find them online)

Clarify the delivery date if you are in a hurry before placing the order is my point.

Almost all of those online only stores drop ship from the distribution centers. Hardly any of them stock product. If it's on backorder and the distribution center is out, it's going to be a while. If you need something in a hurry, call and order from somewhere who keeps stock. Boatdr keeps a lot of stuff, I believe Marcus at Bayou Surface Drives keeps a decent amount of parts on the shelf as well.

My point was, I ordered from 2 retailers that did not stock the part, Jack's never updated me on the hold up, the other seller had it in my hands within 3 days and it was drop shipped.

It also took Jack's a few weeks to refund the money to my credit card.

I use Jack's website for the parts diagram and breakdown, I will never buy from them when there are so many choices with better customer service and communication.

Jscks Small Engines is great. They're located in Maryland and are about 15 minutes from my house. They are one of the largest online and store front small engines dealers and repair shops in the country. Great people and great service. I would highly recommend ordering from them or having service done by them.

I usually drop ship aswell, BUT I will tell you if its in stock before I even accept a dime.

I've ordered a lot of parts from them as well. Top notch. Have their site saved as a bookmark on my computer for when I need filters.

I called them and they have everything in stock except the cover and he said he can have it in 3-5 business days then have it to me in 3-5 more business days
