 Rebuild question....
I am in the middle of rebuilding a 2008 gtr noncdi motor. i have all parts ordered for a level 3 delta build but carb is not currently available due to horrible events in Texas. Is there anyway to use the upgraded parts and continue with governor delete and still use stock carb adequately until the carb is available?

Yes, but in a different way than you're probably planning. Remove all the governor stuff internally, cut the paddle off the governor shaft, and leave the straight part in the hole down to the c clip inside the engine. That'll give you something to have the governor linkage on. Then, some bailing wire or a couple strong zip ties can hold the governor arm where you need it to be for the springs and linkages.
