alright guys........will be putting her back together this afternoon after headwork, performance cam, timing key, shemming the valves, and playing with the stock carb.......i will give a full review on it this weekend.should run like a phuckin raped ape (i hope anyway after 1200 bucks)

Whatever happend with this set-up ? Did it do the $1200 "Hopeful" or what ? ? ?

alright finally got it out on the water saturday to do a little fishing......after the work done to it to call it a "stage 1" motor all i can say is WOW! before the mods i was running about 28 MPH by myself at 3700 RPMs in deep water. with the stage 1 by myself i am now running 31 mph at 3950 RPMS and with 3 ppl and 2 icechest i was running a solid 28 mph @ 3810 RPMs. this is gets on step like there is nothing in the boat wiht that load. i can say this was truly worth waiting 2 weeks to get it done and worth every nickel of 1200 dollars. very big difference. befor the stage 1 with 2 people and hunting gear i would top out at 22-23 mph at 3650 rpms so i can say that i am very satisfied.
