To me the 7000 are way over priced and don't put up good numbers like they should hell i spanked one at the mudd run with a boat load of people. They don't last long unless you get in them and fix a couple of things, then they're ok. The dual carbs, you'll always be tuning them, but a single carb is the way to go to be honest....this is just my opinion

I was talking to Hoyt while was up there about the very engine you speak of Terry. Said it was alot of work for something that didn't perform, but he said it was a beast once it got the RPMS up. NO low end what so ever
