 Throttle adjusting

Post Throttle adjusting
Ive got some room left on my carb for throttle, bout 1/4", but the range on the handle is maxxed out. Other than having to put my idle too high to compensate, or getting a handle with more throttle travel to reach it, how can I access this? Thanks.

Oh its a 38mm mikuni (pretty sure) on a stage 1 23 mini...
