new exhaust on the mm
well i wanted the new look of the new style bps so i went and visited gator trax yesterday after work and picked up these. i havent ran the boat yet but i am tonight, but they sure do look purdy and sound nice. modding stuff is a bad habbit of mine and the mods for these motors are running me broke, and i only got exhaust, well 2 of them in the past 2 months, lol.

I like those too. I wish I could use them on my Gator Tail but I hear they melt the belt / trans cover.
Followed a buddy's brother who had them. They look cool in the dark.

You can open up the baffles on them and you will get better performance. I ran a pair of duals with a prototype motor and picked up 1 MPH with a screwdriver and a few pops with a rubber mallet. Look inside the ends and see the 3 knock-out tabs- you can open them up a bit to increase flow.

Re: new exhaust on the mm
I am more interetsed in the stainless. One duck season has killed the stock muffler. I think a screwdriver and mallet might break it off the motor.
What is an old style BPS?
