...little help, little help here for a brother. Question: does removing the fly wheel require special pulley or something. And, what torque to apply when reinstalling? |

to remove the flywheel you need to stop the crankshaft from movin. i think they tourque it to 100 lbs but dont hold me to that. |

Use a flywheel holder, unbolt nut, and tap flywheel off using a rubber mallet. Just a wild guess an impact wrench will work with the quick blast to remove the nut. I dont know the Torque when re installing. Maybe someone can help you more in that area. Heres a flywheel holder. |

I usually just tighten the shiznic out of it with the electric impact. When install the key make sure it looks like a S and not a Z. |

When looking at the flywheel, the key should look like an S. As in the flywheey is clocked more clockwise.. Hence advancing the timing........ Not sure on the 23 carbs if any adjusting is needed. |
