DO NOT PUMP THE BULB REALLY HARD.....YOU WILL RUPTURE THE DIAPHRAM IN THE FUEL PUMP!!!!! Only pump your bulb until you see fuel move into the fuel filter!!

Look on the bottom backside of your carb and see if your carb. is equipped with an electronic fuel shutoff solenoid.

If you have the anti-backfire solenoid on the carb bowl, you should hear a 'click' when you turn the key on.

You can disconnect your fuel tank and run a line with filter and primer bulb from a fuel can at the transom and see if it runs while you use the primer and manually pump. If so, your problem is on the supply side somewhere.
