DO NOT PUMP THE BULB REALLY HARD.....YOU WILL RUPTURE THE DIAPHRAM IN THE FUEL PUMP!!!!! Only pump your bulb until you see fuel move into the fuel filter!! |

Look on the bottom backside of your carb and see if your carb. is equipped with an electronic fuel shutoff solenoid. |

If you have the anti-backfire solenoid on the carb bowl, you should hear a 'click' when you turn the key on. You can disconnect your fuel tank and run a line with filter and primer bulb from a fuel can at the transom and see if it runs while you use the primer and manually pump. If so, your problem is on the supply side somewhere. |
