Post subject:  RPM adjustment

Does anyone know how to adjust the maximum RPM on a Kohler CH15 engine. I have adjusted the idle but I do not know how to adjust the maximum RPM. It has a Walbro carb. The manual shows a low idle adj. and a low idle mix adjustment......that is all that I see.

Thanks

Should be a governor screw somewhere. On mine its in the bottom of all the linkage. Look at the arms attachted to the gov spring. Should be a little screw somewhere that limits how far one of those arms can move, thats it.

Glad you got it running right. Was that all you needed was a gov adjustment?
