Hey guys I'm new to the site and I'm trying to build a mud motor for my duck hunting boat. I have a 18 horse Onan motor sitting in the garage and I'm just wondering if there is any kind of kit I can buy to build my own motor? Any help or comments would be greatly appreciated!!

check ebay. theres a guy that sells the plans, if you can weld. there are a few p[laces that sell just the frame to bolt your motor on, but you need to see what your crank diameter is and see if its tapered or not.
