u may want to check the antifreeze ;) probably condensation. blue is oil, black is gas, plus you can tell by the smell.

Where does the antifreeze go , did not know that that motor needed it.

He's saying you have water in your gas...That's what it sounds like to me also.

No I have not , and It's been on there since last season , this is my first mud motor so still learning about it , as far as the gas it's new , I don't let it get old.

Dump out the separator. And just try to keep fresh fuel in it, maybe even start using an additive. The ethanol now in most fuel starts breaking down almost immediately, and will make a lot of condensation in ur gas tank. I'd check your lines and stuff and flush out your tank, and then just try to keep it clean and fresh. Good luck.

Change your oil too! If you had enough water in there to be smokin like that, you may have some sitting in your block. I'd change it and just flush it with a quart of cheap stuff before re-filling with your normal stuff. Water is not a very good lubricant and can really do some damage to the internals...

Run a compression check on the engine and see if there is a difference between the cylinders, if there is, put a tablespoon of oil in the cylinder with the lower compression and see if it goes up. If it does, it's your rings.

Running a thicker oil might help too if your burning oil.

Where should the compression be at , or should I say how many pounds is normal.

My 27 was around 150 on both sides stock. Main thing is that they are both close to each other.

Thats true there might have been a little gas in there but did'nt think that a little would be bad , the boat sat for a little while , I had a hunt deck put on the back that seemed like it took forever to get done. I change to fuel to be sure , I glad the compression tested good thinkin about a mudbuddy mini frame for the motor.
