Post Gov adjustment 16hp Van?
I just adjusted my out of water full throttle RPS to 4200rpms

Is this the correct rps for my 16hp Vanguard out of the water?

It was set at 3400rpm out of water and i was only getting 6mph on a 14ft boat? Hoping the increase in rpms will get me up to 12mph of so?
