wen i go to idle it up it boggs and kills but wen out the water it will run wide open....wat could be my problem |

One of your carb jets is partialy pluged. Clean your carb. Could also be a weak fuel pump. |

does it have a fuel shutoff solenoid on the carb? if so clean it also |
