Post having problems with my 16 vanguard longtail
wen i go to idle it up it boggs and kills but wen out the water it will run wide open....wat could be my problem

One of your carb jets is partialy pluged. Clean your carb. Could also be a weak fuel pump.

does it have a fuel shutoff solenoid on the carb?
if so clean it also
