Post Vanguard 20 Governor Adjustment
I have a 20 hp longtail with a v twin Vanguard. Currently it is idling at 1420rpm with no load on the top it is running about 3600-3750 RPM. After talking to Go Devil they are telling me I should be around 1200rpm at idle and 3900 full throttle out of the water with no load.

Can anyone tell me how to properly adjust the idle and top end rpms?

If you look at mud buddys web site there is a video link. Very helpfull in explaining the adjustments on all engines.

Get your rpms up and you will see a big change at full throttle.
