 Go-Devil Modification Help

Post Go-Devil Modification Help
I would like to have my Go-Devil 35HP Surface Drive upgraded. Are there any dealers in Wisconsin that can help me upgrade this engine with a new mini carb kit and also fine tune the engine. It does not seem to be performing right.
