 23 hp godevil surface drive boat

Post 23 hp godevil surface drive boat
i have a 23 hp godevil surface on a 1542 alweld. With just me no gear i get about 20 mph. me and a buddy hunting gear i get 12-14 mph it sucks. I think the boat is my problem. what would be a good replacement boat to put the 23 hp gd surface drive on.

If you get a new boat get one thats at least 48" wide.

A longer boat will help your load carring as well like a 1746
