 single mikuni and performance exhaust on mb 35hp???? Thought about getting the single carb and exhaust for my stock mb 35hp sd. Just wanting to know what to expect on the speed and overall performance with these upgrades. I will be putting it on a 1754. thanks

Re: single mikuni and performance exhaust on mb 35hp???? Call Keith @ SETX Performance & order up the combo pkg. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.  The Mikuni will idle better than the stock carb, and will give you a better throttle response, along with allowing for more load carrying. That combined with the high flow exhaust will be a good combo on a boat your size.

I have a large boat--1848 Phowler, pointed bow, 25" sides, 20" transom, flotation, etc. I am currently running around 19 mph with 3 large men (appr. 800lbs.), guns, bags, 50 weighted keel standard size decoys, 5 mojos, 2 batteries, 9 gal. gas, 2500lbs. winch, safety gear, and Avery Quickset blind.
What can I expect out of the single mikuni and BPS single crossover?

Re: single mikuni and performance exhaust on mb 35hp???? Thanks db8 and yes, 5 has been a good number this year as evidenced by the nearly 300 ducks our small group has killed in a very dry year! I have never been a huge fan of the things but I have to admit, in our case, if I could find the room for 5 more I would carry them.
