| Post subject: | 32 PD fuel pump replacement? |
Owners manual shows this as P/N 842920, but this part doesn't seem to be available anymore. I can't find a replacement callout online. Is there a mechanical replacement available? If I go with an electric pump, what is recommended? |

Get a Facet cube pump with about 1.5-3 psi of pressure and you're good to go. http://www.facet-purolator.com/index.ph ... &Itemid=31 These are solid state pumps that are supposed to be very reliable. They're even used in some airplanes. I've been using the 40104 and haven't had any issues with it over flowing my carbs and if you're going to mount it far away from the tank, get one with a check valve. |

I have a custom aluminum fuel tank under my extended front decK and had them weld a bracket for the pump on top of it. I also powered the pump through the key switch. I think the E fuel pumps are much better than the mechanicals. |

Napa carries Facet pumps. |
