 Anyone had this problem.....My 32PD's clutch is making a grinding noise and after a day of riding while it was doing this, I pulled back the clutch cover to find metal shavings. I'm guessing I'm looking at a new clutch? How much and how hard is it to replace? Special tools?

Re: Anyone had this problem..... Clutch cost is in the neighborhood of $225.00 or so. Not sure about replacement on the PD but I'm sure it's faily simple.

Re: Anyone had this problem..... It is simple. Ya gotta pull the powerhead. thats the hardest part. Have an engine hoist or a friend to help lift it off. Once you see what ya got after that, its kinda self explanitory.
