Where can i find a exhaust to fit 24 honda longtail and will the 23 vanguards fit it :? :?

The 23 will not fit. I think Gecker had a exhaust for 24 hp. The was a outfit in N Florida that sold duals for 24 A while back . I wanna say extreme v twin had one also. There is a replacement sold on eBay that's galvanized and supposed to flow mo betta. Have not tried it.
