I got my new engine today, and the inner bolt pattern surrounding the shaft sticks out farther than the ones i need to use . i know the housing sits flush against the needed ones because i can see the impression on the old bracket. Am I supposed to grind the inner ones flush? The pulley is not gonna line up correctly with these holes sticking out farther than the rest. |

I got it, I called the briggs dealer and they said cut em off. |

i did get the marine motor. warren coco said they have to cut them off too. |
