 Will a 45 vanguard carb work on a 35 vanguard? Will a 45 vanguard carb work on a 35 vanguard? Sorry guys maybe a dumb question but I'm still new to this. Also where could I buy one from or a 35 carb from now that setx is closed? Thanks guys

Re: Will a 45 vanguard carb work on a 35 vanguard? You can get them from MB. It will work. DB8 told me the only thing they do to them is plug the solenoid in the bottom, so not sure it's worth changing it out. It's the same carb that come's on the 35. As far as he knew, there was no re-jetting or anything. His info came from the Boat Dr.

Re: Will a 45 vanguard carb work on a 35 vanguard? Ok thanks man I forgot about even looking there. Yea I didn't know if they were different or not and didn't know if it would make a difference. Just need something for now till I get a performance carb and exhaust. Thanks again guys
