Post Removing starter.....
After gettin jumped off at Caddo Last weekend, changed out my battery. Put the meter on it today and ran the RPMs up, no change!! Call Peck and found out the plug from the rectifier was kinda burnt, and I wiggles it loose and am now gettin 13.40 at the battery! I need to take the plug out and splice the wires in, aint got time today due to work, but looking for advice on getting this stuff outta the way so I can do it tomarrow!

Why remove the starter? Remove the voltage regulator and separate the damaged plug (if you can- some get melted badly when there is corrosion on the terminals that causes heat to generate). As stated above, bypassing the connector with the 12V red wire will remove the issue. Just splice the red wire to get it out of the mix.. If you need more access on the stator wires, loosen the 10mm bolt on the clamp on the side of the block so you can pull the connector out from the block a little more. When you put it back together use some waterproofing/anticorrosion grease to keep corrosion off those connections.
