Anyone else have this happen? Just took a close look at the carb and intake boot thing looks ripped. Have yet to install carb support. I guess I need to install it and get myself a new boot... |

At least it's a cheap fix. Think the boot's about $20 & you need to pull it to install the carb bracket anyhow. Sent from my Droid because I'm trying to be as cool as you someday. |

It happens. Look at your carb when you are trailering the boat,it'll bounce just doing that. With no support that boot takes a beating. On a calm day it vibrates. I'm on my 3rd one now. |

Thanks guys in all seriousness, I'm glad nothing bad happened. Who knows if the trip to Caddo caused it or if it was just slowly working it's way to failure because of trailering. I'll be sure to get the carb support installed when I get the boot replaced. |

Some advice, when you have to replace these small parts you might as well by 2 cause if it broke once though normal use it will do it again. |
