Kyle did not have a motor in stock (@3 week wait), but was very helpful in discussing my boat design and offered to talk with my boat builder if they had any questions. Thats what I call service, when I am not even buying their boat. Another boat builder (who I would have went with if I were closer) gave me the number of a dealer who had a GTR35 CDI in stock (Calens Engine Service, LLC). Calen and Kyle are top notch guys to deal with. I'll probably have my motor by the end of next week, or early the following. That will be great since my builder has only build his boats paired with Mudbuddies. My builder has all the specs to make it perform, and Kyle and Calen have both offered an open phone line if the builder has any questions that arise. Two guys on here have these boats rigged with Mudbuddies and rave about the performance and confidence they have when the weather gets bad. I've ridden in one and it was a sweet ride, and pretty quick I might add. It has been a long time since I have rewarded myself with a toy like this (old duck rig is 18 years old). I kinda feel guilty but my wife keeps telling my to get what I want, as long as I take her out in the rig on occassion. I can't wait to start painting and rigging it. |

BBB... Going with the same hull you have but 17.5 feet total length with huntdeck (Alumitech is building it). One of my buddies has one, he spoke with you about yours before he pulled the trigger. His performs great in the waters/conditions we run in. I will post performance numbers and pics at the end of August/beginning of September. |

He's doin a couple of simple things, bolt ons, etc. Just can't force myself to cough up the extra $1,000 or so to go internal. He said his personal motor fully tricked out has @1100 or 1200 hours on it. |
