Well during tear down this afternoon fin that I magically need a new block.
Trash made it's way in te slot were the camshaft rides in the block and waddled it out and made it egg shape along with eating a big nasty grove in the end o the cam. WWWOOOHHH HHHHOOOO

Look for a short block - Boat Dr can fix you up.

If you had trash in the block, order a new oil cooler too.

Sorry to hear that my boy, i was thinking about this very thing the other day. Same thing happen to coondiks motor. How feasible would it be to have a machine shop machine/drill it out and insert a bronze bushing? I mean as long as you had enough metal left to support the load.

I actually been thinking about that too but, you would actually have to have it line up with the case to so I was thinking if they ge it off just a little bit it could possibly mess up again
