From my other thread, the head of the drain plug was rubbing on the stock carb brace and wore a hole in the head. Its dripping every 1-2 seconds.

Local Harley Dealer says they can't get it. Its not on their available parts list :? Honestly, they weren't very friendly and I couldn't wait to get out of there. Guy actually told me "any bolt with the same thread should work".

Not really seeing a parts store online where I can order the part.

I do know the part number is TM 32/41.

Maybe its JB Weld and forget it time.

HSR Main Jet Extender Kit
Includes threaded extension tube to lower the Main Jet into a deeper, float bowl drain plug to reduce fuel starvation under full throttle acceleration and high performance applications.
Part number: KHS-034

Found one of these for $25.

Hoping for a $5 or < cost.

JB Weld is your best friend :-)
My son busted a hole in his turbo intercooler on his Cobalt SS. He thought he was out $500 bills. He now understands the true value of JB Weld. :)

JB Weld applied. Hopefully contact with gas will not break it down.

I did order the extended fuel drain plug just in case.

Cool if that kit includes it then you are better off. The cheapest I have found the float bowl plug is $25

You don't need the extender but it doesn't hurt. You will have to make a new brace as the stock brace will not work with that one.

Also on the original Google is your friend:

I have 4 or 5 of the stock mikuni drain plug nuts. Your more than welcome to one of them. Most of the guys down this way have installed Yost power tubes kits.

They claim at Yost you can gain anywhere from 1 to 5 HP by instaling it. I personally can't say I've seen that, but I can say it has improved hole shot and acceleration through out the whole throttle range.

I wonder if Andy (BoatDr) has even installed these?
