 cheap exhuast mod?
Why did people drill holes under the exhaust tip? Was it something to do with the restriction?

Most of the guys that modded the stockers just cut them open, took the guts out, re-positioned the outlets, and welded them back up.
Haven't seen anyone just drill holes under the tip.

Yea that's what I heard and read, but the one I bought has them drilled. Seems to run ok, just very odd
