 modded 23hp owners step in.. What have yall done to your small blocks? Carb, exhaust? Head work? What is the best bang for your buck engine mod? What did you gain? Was it even worth it?
Thinking about picking up a carb kit from VtwinPerformance.
Oh I know there is no replacement for displacement, just curious what other 23 owners have done.

Are your heads ported and polished too or just decked only.

Re: modded 23hp owners step in.. I have a 2009 MB Mini 23 that I am about to put carb, 2n1 exhaust and IM heads on. Just waiting on the heads from SETX. Will let you know how it turns out!

Re: modded 23hp owners step in.. got carb and exhaust and maybe picked up 2 mph and not much if anything on load carrying. i'm about to get my heads ported and intake ported and bigger valves and decked. that should help out a ton. i hope. if i had to do over i would have kept the factory carband did heads first and just jetted my carb.
