Has anyone ever had a problem with their clutch not engaging when you flip the switch but it'll grab as soon as you rev up to 1200 rpms.

If it was the old style key switch on the engine cowling it would be the red wire on the key switch. I don't know if it's the same on the new style controls

Weak battery? Not enough amps to engage clutch until the charging system on engine starts to work.

Ima check all the connects again. Didn't think about anything on the key switch. I know it's not the battery the engine cranks way to easy. I'ma check the connections and change the switch just for the hell of it

Mine was the red wires at the connection where all of your wires are housed by the trim and clutch breakers.
