Is it possible after you muffler goes to rust to sandblast it and paint it with high heat header paint? |

In the past I've sprayed Harley Davidson exhaust with a high heat paint after powdercoating 200hrs and counting and the customer is still happy with it I'm impressed myself Using a matte colour will give you the best results |

Use the VHT exhaust paint. Make sure you follow the directions, though. Works good if you follow the directions and do it right. |

Painting along with other chit has been tried by alot of folks over the years including myself. Didnt work for me or any of the others that I can recall. Best thing I found is to spray with WD40 after every trip. Even with stainless I found it best when new to get them hot and spray them down with WD. Just like seasoning a cast iron pot. |
