I am considering designing a lever of some sort that mounts by the front of the engine to actuate the quick trim. I need to know first if there is a demand for this before I spend time and money designing one. I will try to keep it simple, ( I know thats how yall like things LOL) and low cost as possible. Please chime in and let me know if this is something you would be interested in. Thanks, Rod |

what would be slick if you could build a mounting bracket with a 12 volt linear actuator(only need 4-6" stroke) to go in place of the manual trim knob and install a toggle switch near handle to operate. I know GDSD are balanced drive/dont need trim bla bla bla but it would still be kinda cool to have trim. linear actuators are cheap -- 100-150.00 |

thought about that when i had one, but theres not enough clearance for the actuator.best thing to would be to buy a cmc or panther universal trim . |

Sorry Rod! It really is pretty easy to reach back and drop it. Im sure it was a good idea but theres really not much to the motors. Pretty simple. But mine isn't a huntdeck so.... |
