I've never heard of this before that's why I'm asking about it. Sorry if it sounds stupid. Just rather do this than spend the money on mikuni

Why do you think you need to rejet your carb? Are you running lean or rich?

If you think you're gonna put a bigger jet in your stock carb and its gonna be the equivalent of running a mikuni, you are sadly mistaken.

Yeah it would be cheap to do, but you can't add more fuel without more air. Unless your motor is running lean or rich, there is no reason to change the jets. Can't just add more fuel if your setup doesn't need it.

Most of us running cam, heads, and exhaust are running the stock jetting on the stock carb. My motor still runs just about perfect. They are a little rich from the factory.

I had to jet up when adding head's, then again when adding the cam. You will have to watch your plug readings. Im running the mikuni however.
